ACX Listing Project — Independent Contractor Terms & Acknowledgement

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application.

The ACX Audiobook Listing Specialist project is offered by Books by Behnke as an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity. This is not an employee position with Behnke Holdings Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.

By continuing, you acknowledge and understand the following:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or a contract offer.

• If selected, you will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement outlining the project scope, deliverables, deadlines, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property provisions, and all contractual obligations.

• Compensation for this project is a fixed, non-negotiable amount of $100 total, covering both audiobook titles. This is a one-time flat fee paid after both books are successfully approved and listed on Audible.

• The scope includes two titles: the audiobook currently listed and a second title currently in redesign, which will be provided once its files are finalized. The deliverable is a live Audible listing for each title.

• This is a single-project engagement, not an ongoing role, hourly position, or salary position.

• Independent Contractors are responsible for their own federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, and any obligations related to self-employment.

• Contractors provide their own computer, internet connection, software, and workspace needed to complete the project.

• Contractors control how they complete the work, provided they meet all ACX/Audible specifications for listing on Audible, project deadlines, and quality standards.

• All work product, uploads, metadata, and corrections made under the agreement become the property of Books by Behnke as outlined in the signed contract.

• Additional agreements, including confidentiality and intellectual property agreements, may be required before work begins.

• Books by Behnke reserves the right to reject any application or discontinue the selection process before a contract is executed.

• Submission of this application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee future work.
